When we talk about zero waste and sustainable living, I’m not just referring to minimizing your waste and reducing your environmental impact.

When I say that my mission is to teach people how to improve the quality of their lives as they learn to walk more gently on the planet, I mean that wholeheartedly. 

They say that money can’t buy happiness, but you know what, money can solve big problems and it gives us opportunities to have a massive impact.

Improving my own quality of life definitely involves clean eating, minimizing possessions, boundaries around my screen time, and avoiding plastic. And it also includes building a business that generates enough wealth so that we can continue to have a positive impact in our community and for our planet, and I can spend more time with my family.

I don't believe in hustle culture or burnout. I need to be the healthiest version of myself if I'm going to change the world.

That is my hope for you as well: less busy work (zero waste for me also means not wasting time) and more impact.
